If you have a successful and storied career as a marketing exec at companies like Uber, Endeavor, and Netflix, your next step could be joining the cast of one of the most famous reality TV franchises of all time.
Or at least, that’s the case for legendary marketing exec Bozoma “Boz” Saint John. Bravo announced on Wednesday that Saint John would join the cast of season 14 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alongside returning cast members Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, and Sutton Stracke.
Solomon has cast some of the biggest reality TV hits, including Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise, Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, The Hills: New Beginnings, and TLC’s Dr. Pimple Popper, which led to the show getting a greenlight.

Ain’t That Something Entertainment is a queer-founded production company that has worked extensively on reality shows for major cable networks. The company has cast people for shows like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Real Housewives of Orange County, Below Deck Mediterranean, The Hills: New Beginnings, and Basketball Wives. Ain’t That Something has also produced, developed, and sold numerous reality shows for channels like MTV, VH1, TLC, and Syfy, to name a few.
Disney’s Onyx Collective has greenlit three new unscripted series, including a show with Swizz Beats about car culture.

Meet Matt Solomon, the casting brainiac and driving force behind Ain't That Something Entertainment, who has been instrumental in casting some of the biggest reality TV hits, including Bravo's Housewife Franchise, Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills, The Hills: New Beginnings, and was instrumental in casting and developing TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper that led to the greenlight. Before his success in TV, he worked in special education and brings his passion for inclusivity and diversity to his work.

Dana Asadi is a seasoned Casting and Development Producer with a tenure exceeding ten years in the television industry. Her notable work includes casting Emmy-nominated seasons for the critically acclaimed shows Intervention on A&E and Dogs on Netflix and developing greenlit shows for major streaming services, such as Netflix's How to Get Rich.
Dana's talent-spotting prowess and creative instincts have helped shape top-rated reality programs, including The Circle and Next in Fashion on Netflix and Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian on E!, which she also produced.
Dana's unwavering commitment to fostering diversity truly distinguishes her in the industry. A member of the Casting Society of America Equity in Entertainment and BIPOC Alliance, Dana staunchly advocates for underrepresented groups in the entertainment industry, ensuring fair representation. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Dana's family is mixed with Israeli and Afro-Palestinian. Moreover, her own experience living with a vision disability due to a neurological disorder underscores her commitment to inclusivity in every aspect of her professional endeavors.
Jake Kelley

Jake Kelley is a seasoned casting producer, but his story starts well before his first show, Wipeout, in 2020. After college, Jake moved to New York City and began his career in high fashion with a coveted position in-house at Thom Browne, the world-renowned American couturier. After working for other brands like Stella McCartney and creating content for Vogue Magazine, Jake moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and got to work in entertainment! As an assistant stylist, he worked with Glenn Close, Chris Rock, Emma Roberts, and more before diving into unscripted development and casting!
Before starting with Ain't That Something Entertainment, Jake was instrumental in casting for beloved Bravo franchises like Summer House and the Real Housewives of Miami, as well as a plethora of series like the Dance Moms reboot, Holey Moley, Beat Shazam, and many more!
When you work with Jake, you can expect to feel comfortable, look fabulous, and have fun! As a self-proclaimed storyteller, Jake has always been interested in sharing the stories of unique characters with unconventional backgrounds. Jake wanted to become a memoirist as a teen, so finding fantastic characters and helping them share their stories on television is his dream come true!

Jamie creates sparkle wherever she goes! A Los Angeles native, she developed her passion for the entertainment industry at a young age, taking to stages at Orange County School of the Arts and Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College and designed her own major through the Whittier Scholars Program on The Studies of Casting. During her undergrad years, Jamie gained experience in entertainment with multiple talent and management agencies.
Jamie is a former corporate professional with expertise designing special events and fundraising campaigns at several notable universities and organizations in Southern California. From rolling out the red carpet for captivating events to developing our company’s social media strategy, our lady behind the curtain does it all! Leah Thompson's passion for filmmaking began at a young age, fueled by her love for creating entertaining and often humorous home movies. This early interest led her to explore television communication during her high school years, where she discovered a natural talent for storytelling and visual media.
After graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Digital Film and Video Production, Leah honed her skills by working on local projects in Atlanta. Her dedication and talent quickly caught the attention of industry professionals, and she soon found herself immersed in the world of documentary series and reality television.
Leah's career took a significant leap when she joined the editing teams for popular shows like "A Haunting," "Ice Cold Killers," "I Dated a Psycho," "Monsters and Mysteries," “Prancing Elites” and "Fantomworks" on Discovery Channel and Velocity. These experiences provided her with invaluable insights into the fast-paced world of reality TV editing, where precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
While working on these documentary and reality series, Leah developed a particular fondness for editing development casting tapes and sizzles. Her ability to craft engaging and visually stunning sequences that capture the essence of a project has made her a sought-after editor in the industry. With her unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling, Leah Thompson continues to excel in the world of reality TV editing.
