Meet Matt Solomon, the casting brain behind some of reality TV’s most addictive worlds and the creative force behind Ain’t That Something Entertainment. He’s played a key role in casting headline-making hits, including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Orange County (Bravo), Selling Sunset (Netflix), Calabasas Confidential (Netflix), and Khloé Kardashian’s Calabasas: Behind the Gates (Hulu). Before Hollywood came calling, Matt worked in special education, a not-so-secret weapon that sharpened his instinct for human behavior and his eye for casting breakout personalities with real depth. Today, he’s known for building ultra-premium ensembles, unlocking access to closed-door worlds, and finding the kind of talent that makes audiences say, “Ain’t that something.”

Jake Kelley
Senior Casting Producer
Jake Kelley is a seasoned casting producer, but his story starts well before his first show, Wipeout, in 2020. After college, Jake moved to New York City and began his career in high fashion with a coveted position in-house at Thom Browne, the world-renowned American couturier. After working for other brands like Stella McCartney and creating content for Vogue Magazine, Jake moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and got to work in entertainment! As an assistant stylist, he worked with Glenn Close, Chris Rock, Emma Roberts, and more before diving into unscripted development and casting!

Brian Matteo
Casting Associate
Brian Matteo is Ain’t That Something Entertainment’s newest casting producer, and is excited to bring his sharp eye for compelling characters and dynamics to the team. From an early age, Brian knew his passion lied within people, and spent over a decade traveling the country working at resorts and theme parks, surrounded by big personalities and nonstop energy. Those years shaped his instinct for the people and moments that can turn real life into great television, ultimately leading him to the world of casting, where Brian has finally found his calling.
Brian’s credits now includes work on several successful shows like The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo, and Selling Sunset on Netflix, with many more projects on the horizon! Brian loves bringing his passion for authenticity and storytelling to each interaction every day. When you work with Brian, you’re guaranteed to feel like a star, thanks to his natural ability to make people shine their brightest!

Jamie Bigman

Jamie creates sparkle wherever she goes! A Los Angeles native, she developed her passion for the entertainment industry at a young age, taking to stages at Orange County School of the Arts and Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College and designed her own major through the Whittier Scholars Program on The Studies of Casting. During her undergrad years, Jamie gained experience in entertainment with multiple talent and management agencies.

Leah Thompson's passion for filmmaking began at a young age, fueled by her love for creating entertaining and often humorous home movies. This early interest led her to explore television communication during her high school years, where she discovered a natural talent for storytelling and visual media.
After graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Digital Film and Video Production, Leah honed her skills by working on local projects in Atlanta. Her dedication and talent quickly caught the attention of industry professionals, and she soon found herself immersed in the world of documentary series and reality television. -
